SHIPPING AND PRINTING PROCESS

Our clothing and apparel are meticulously crafted through an On-Demand process that involves hand-cutting and sewing. Once an order is placed, the printing process initiates, utilizing top-of-the-line printers to ensure exceptional final products. While we can certainly provide details about our printing process, it is better experienced firsthand.

When it comes to shipping, we offer two options:

Standard Shipping (free for order from $150) (7- 15 business days)	$5.99
Premium Shipping (free for order from $150) (7- 15 business days)	$9.99

Standard Shipping:
Opting for Standard Shipping provides a more cost-effective solution. However, please note that if the goods are lost during transit, we cannot offer a refund. In the event that you receive defective or damaged goods through Standard Shipping (due to reasons unrelated to your actions), we will gladly send you a replacement product or provide a refund. If you opt for a refund, you will need to return the package to us.

Premium Shipping:
Recognizing the inherent risks associated with transit, we offer the premium shipping to your shipment. By selecting this option, you safeguard your order against potential damage, loss, or delays during transportation. Should any issues occur with your goods during shipping, we will promptly send you a replacement product or provide a refund, without requiring any additional steps from you. Additionally, ensuring that your items are securely packaged further minimizes the risk of loss.

Important Note:

It's essential to provide us with the correct shipping address as we ship orders to the designated shipping address, not necessarily the person specified. Please double-check and accurately enter your shipping address to avoid any inconveniences.

Production (Times):

Please note that all our products are made on demand, which means it takes approximately 3-7 business days to create each item. After the production process, shipping times should be considered in addition to the production timeframe.

We take pride in our efficient order fulfillment, with 97.66% of our orders being shipped within 5 business days. In fact, over half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or even sooner. Rest assured, we prioritize timely delivery to meet your expectations.

It's important to keep in mind that all our items are meticulously created by hand. As a result, there may be slight differences between the end product you receive and the product photos displayed on our website. Please allow for minor variations in pattern alignment at the seams, as it is not feasible to perfectly align patterns or images from the front to the back.

Hoodies and Sweatshirts:
For our hoodies and sweatshirts, please note that they require a slightly longer production time compared to our other items. Handcrafting these garments takes approximately 5-7 business days before they are ready for shipment.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Our shipping services cover a wide range of destinations, with delivery available to over 200 countries worldwide. However, please note that we are currently unable to ship to countries located in Asia. If your shipping address falls within one of these countries, we will reach out to you directly to discuss alternative arrangements.

Shipping durations vary based on your location. To simplify the estimation process, we have prepared a convenient table for your reference:

• Please note that the indicated shipping times do not include the processing period of 3-7 days.
• For all pending Paypal transactions, a verification and processing period of 10 days is required.

• The estimated time of arrival (ETA) provided is based on normal weather and social conditions.
• During periods of high demand for logistics or during holidays, festivals, disasters, strikes, demonstrations, and other unforeseen incidents, there may be delays beyond our control. However, rest assured that if your order is lost, we will either deliver a replacement or issue a refund.

At LEVATH, we believe that quality should speak for itself. Therefore, shipping charges only apply to one-off orders. In simple terms, if your order totals $150 USD or more, we've got your shipping covered!

For orders under $150:

Standard Shipping rates are $5.99.
Shipping with Insurance: Available for $9.99.
For orders of $150 and above: Enjoy free shipping!

WHERE OUR ITEMS ARE MADE:

The manufacturing location of our items depends on your country of residence. We have multiple factories strategically located to ensure the fastest delivery to your doorstep.
